Yesterday’s America

Today in America we punish those who attempt to earn their own keep and we praise those who attempt to do nothing.

Yesterday’s America would have no toleration for such behavior.

In today’s America it’s acceptable for the government to tell the people the way it’s going to be.

Yesterday’s America would have given the orders and the government would have complied.

It’s currently ok for a mosque to be built at ground zero for one of the worst acts of war against the United States.

Yesterday’s America would have said…… “Hell No”!

How many Japanese shrines have you seen at Pearl Harbor?

At this moment, illegal aliens are coming into this country by the minute at all borders without any repercussion.

Yesterday’s America had a place called Ellis Island.

In modern America all the profitable businesses have moved overseas giving jobs to other countries.

Yesterday’s America would have kept the work at home.

I could keep going on with the list but what’s the point?

Now I only have great concern for tomorrow’s America!
